About
The Event:
Based on the theme Today's e-Winners, Tomorrow's e-Leaders, this annual
competition was open to all Third, Fourth and Fifth Form students
with the objective of encouraging them to be more information technology
savvy and preparing them for future IT-based working life. It was
also aimed at complementing the Government’s efforts to increase computer
literacy among students and promoting greater appreciation of computers
and IT among Malaysians.
The event was launched on 15th April, 2002. The closing date for submission
of entries was on 24th May, 2002. The preliminary rounds were held
in various cities nationwide on 22nd June, 2002. The final Round and
the closing ceremony were held on 17th August, 2002 at College Hall,
INTI International College Penang.
